POSITION: FINANCIAL REPORTING ACCOUNTANT

Location: Sunnyvale, CA

Duties/Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing quarterly (10-Q), annual (10-K), and current reports (8-K, Proxy Statements)
• Enhance reporting systems for accurate and efficient financial output.
• Collaborate with departments to gather data, prepare disclosures, and complete checklists.
• Conduct technical accounting research and document new policies.
• Implement and maintain iXBRL tagging on filings.
• Prepare PBC deliverables for auditors, SEC counsel, and legal advisors.
• Manage stock administration, ensuring equity data integrity and accurate reporting.
• Assist in ASC 718 stock-based compensation and ASC 842 lease accounting and reporting.
• Support special projects and statutory filings.
• Improve processes and ensure SOX compliance.

Education and Experience

• A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university with an emphasis in accounting and a CPA (candidate), is required.
• Prior progressive accounting experience is a plus.
• A proactive approach to problem identification and remediation solutions, and excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to interact and build relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Ability to work independently, complete work timely, and work well as a team member.
