Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at Ceramic Pro's location in San Diego, CA. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction. Their day-to-day tasks will include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and creating a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
• Provide accurate information and assistance regarding products, services, and orders
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with professionalism and empathy
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams for resolution
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
• Identify and report trends in customer inquiries to improve overall service
• Perform general admin tasks

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Previous experience in customer service or related field preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software
• Positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to assist customers
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
