Duties & Responsibilities:
- Programming / configuration of PLCs and HMIs for automated processes
- Collaborate inter-departmentally to improve efficiency and productivity
- Troubleshoot and resolve in issues with processes to include software and hardware configurations
- Design and implement safety protocols for all equipment
- Assist in training of new operators and maintenance personnel on new equipment operations / technicalities
- Oversee new equipment installations at customer/client sites
- Minimum 4 years current and/or recent experience with automaton / robotics in a manufacturing environment
- Associate's Degree in Electrical Engineering (Bachelor's highly preferred)
- Proficient with PLC/HMI/SCADA development, programming and integration
- Strong working knowledge of factory automation and technologies
- Ability to travel to client sites as needed for new equipment installations and/or troubleshooting
