Duties & Responsibilities:
BOM vs material verifications
Perform mold and tooling changes based on production needs
Material inspections pre-production and in process
Follow all SOPs
Production failure analysis and quality reporting
Set & maintain cycle times to maximize production efficiency
Support supervisors in determining production priorities
Troubleshoot production equipment
Education & Experience
Minimum 3 years current / recent experience in a manufacturing setting as a process technician
HS Diploma or Equivalent - Technical Degree in related field preferred
Prior / recent experience with mold and tooling changes (example: injection molding)
Good understanding of quality inspection methods
Excellent communication skills
