Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage maintenance, calibration, installation, and repairs
- Create schedules for the maintenance department
- Work with production managers to maintain maintenance standards
- Must ensure all facility equipment is operational and if not, troubleshoot/repair in a timely manner
- Promote good housekeeping practices
- Manage training programs for new equipment
- Assist engineering with the installation and startup of new equipment
- At least 4 years of maintenance management experience in the heat treat or industrial machinery industry
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Maintain a clean and organized work space
- Ability to maintain equipment manuals, blueprints, schematics
- Strong skill-sets in chain drivers, PLCs, pumps, motors, electrical schematics and gearboxes
