Community Association Manager - LCAM

Overview

TalentoHCM has partnered with an industry leading property management company who is seeking a dedicated and experienced Community Association Manager (LCAM) to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a vital role in managing the day-to-day operations of a community association, ensuring a positive living environment for residents while maintaining compliance with governing documents and state laws.

Responsibilities

• Manage all facets of community association operations as directed by the Developer, Board of Directors, and regional CAM Director.
• Cultivate a positive, collaborative relationship with the Board, residents, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Lead a team of community association staff, offering guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
• Oversee the financial operations of the association, including budget preparation, billing, assessment collection, and financial reporting.
• Ensure proper maintenance of all common areas and amenities through routine, preventative, and emergency repairs.
• Address resident inquiries, requests, complaints, and disputes promptly and professionally.
• Develop and implement communication strategies to keep residents informed about community news, events, and policies.
• Conduct regular community inspections to identify and resolve potential issues.
• Enforce association rules and regulations to maintain a safe and secure environment for all residents.
• Stay informed about relevant laws and regulations governing community associations.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience as a licensed Community Association Manager (Florida CAM license required).
• Demonstrated expertise in overseeing all aspects of community association operations, including financial management, maintenance, and resident relations.
• Strong leadership abilities and team management skills.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution capabilities.
• Proficient in financial management and budgeting techniques.
• Thorough understanding of community association governing documents (CC&Rs, Bylaws) and relevant state laws.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, handle multiple deadlines, and work independently.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Dedicated to providing excellent customer service and ensuring resident satisfaction.
• Valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
