Interim Chief of Staff

Talento has partnered with a growing company specializing in building and construction on a search for a Chief of Staff. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief of Staff to support our executive team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, strategic planning, and operational excellence. This role requires a proactive leader who can manage complex projects, streamline processes, and ensure the effective execution of company initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic advisor and confidant to the CEO and executive team.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of high-priority projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to drive project success and foster collaboration.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage executive communications, including preparation of presentations, reports, and correspondence.
  • Facilitate executive meetings, including agenda setting, minutes, and follow-up actions.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular updates to the executive team.
  • Lead special projects and initiatives as directed by the CEO.
  • Serve as a liaison between the executive team and other departments, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 10 years of experience in project management, operations, or a similar role within the construction or cruise industry.
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
