Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to the legal industry, leveraging Google marketing and social media platforms.
  • Google Marketing Campaigns : Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to enhance brand visibility, drive website traffic, and generate leads. Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to maximize ROI.
  • Social Media Management: Oversee the firm's social media channels, including but not limited to LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook. Create engaging content, manage posting schedules, and interact with followers to foster community engagement and brand loyalty.
  • Content Creation : Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling and relevant content for digital platforms, including blog posts, articles, videos, and infographics. Ensure content aligns with brand messaging and resonates with target audiences.
  • SEO Optimization: Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and increase website visibility. Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and monitor performance using analytics tools.
  • Campaign Analytics: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Generate reports, analyze data trends, and provide actionable insights to inform future marketing strategies.
  • Brand Management: Uphold the firm's brand identity and ensure consistency across all marketing channels. Develop brand awareness campaigns and initiatives to enhance brand reputation and recognition.
  • Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes impacting the legal sector. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities for growth and differentiation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in creating marketing campaigns
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on Google Ads and social media marketing.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Hootsuite, etc.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
