Our client, an award-winning cosmetics brand, is dedicated to setting a new standard of representation and is in search of a talented Supply Chain and Operations Manager to lead their supply chain operations, manage relationships with retail partners, and oversee procurement processes.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupply Chain Management:
- Supervise purchasing, inventory management, vendor selection, and product distribution
- Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment for D2C and retail partners like Ulta Beauty & Credo Beauty
- Manage relationships with warehouse teams to maintain efficient shipping processes
- Cultivate relationships with partners like Ulta Beauty's Supply Chain Team to meet PO deadlines and uphold quality standards
- Monitor ERP interfaces and swiftly address any technical issues
- Identify opportunities for cost-savings and process optimizations
- Manage inventory accuracy, inventory counts, and shipping costs
- Coordinate procurement processes for smooth operations
- Prior experience working with Sephora, Ulta Beauty, or Target is required
- 5 years of operations experience in the beauty, skincare, or haircare industry
- Familiarity with EDI programs like SPS, OpenText, and PIM Portal
- Strong organizational skills and communication abilities
- Remote position within the US EST time zone
- Part-time role, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work during peak seasons
- Fully remote with no travel requirements
- On-call availability may be needed during new launches
- $35 per hour
- 15 days of paid vacation, holidays, and sick days
