Job SummaryThe role involves overseeing the supply chain operations of the company, managing relationships with retail partners, various warehouse teams, and procurement processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all supply chain operations, including purchasing, inventory, vendor selection, and distribution of finished goods.
- Ensure all orders are shipped to both D2C and retail partners (Ulta Beauty & Credo Beauty) on time and in full.
- Manage relationships with the 3PL warehouse team to ensure timely receipt and shipment of products.
- Collaborate with Ulta Beauty's Supply Chain Team to fulfill POs on time while complying with their "no chargebacks" policy.
- Maintain ERP automatic interfaces via EDI, ensuring smooth order transmission and prompt error resolution.
- Develop creative solutions for business-critical problems and collaborate with partners on execution.
- Identify opportunities for optimization and cost savings through efficient processes and negotiations.
- Manage inventory counts, slow-moving inventory, and inventory accuracy, coordinating with vendors for re-packing and improving shipping costs.
- Oversee procurement processes, ensuring smooth receipt in the warehouse and coordinating freight for retail partners and e-commerce customers.
- 5 years of experience in an operations position at a beauty, skincare, or haircare brand.
- Experience working with retailers like Ulta Beauty, Sephora, Target, or Macy's is a must.
- Familiarity with EDI programs such as SPS, OpenText, and PIM Portal.
- Highly organized with excellent communication skills.
- $35 per hour
- 15 days paid vacation
- Holidays and sick days
- Part-time position, 20 hours (max) per week, Monday through Friday.
- Overtime may be required during events and the holiday season, with compensation on weekdays.
- Fully remote position; self-starter and independent work required.
- No travel requirements.
- On-call responsibilities may arise during new launches in-store and online, with prior communication.
