### Job Opportunity: Supply Chain and Operations Management
Key Responsibilities
Employment Type: Part-Time
- Location:** Remote (US EST Time Zone Required)
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of supply chain operations including purchasing, inventory management, vendor selection, and distribution of finished goods.
- Ensure timely and accurate shipment of orders for both Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) and retail partners, including Ulta Beauty and Credo Beauty.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) warehouse teams to guarantee efficient receipt and shipment processes.
- Collaborate with Ulta Beauty's Supply Chain Team to fulfill Purchase Orders (POs) while adhering to their no chargebacks policy.
- Maintain and optimize ERP systems for seamless order transmission and error resolution.
- Tackle business-critical challenges, developing creative solutions in collaboration with partners.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
- Oversee inventory management including accuracy, coordination with vendors, and the improvement of shipping costs.
- Manage procurement processes ensuring cost-effective receipt of goods for retail and e-commerce customers.
- A minimum of 5 years in an operations role within the beauty, skincare, or haircare sectors.
- Demonstrated experience working with major retailers such as Ulta Beauty, Sephora, or Target is essential.
- Familiarity with EDI programs (SPS, OpenText, PIM Portal) is desirable.
- Highly organized with strong communication skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and as a self-starter.
- **Hours:** Part-time position (maximum of 20 hours per week), Monday through Friday.
- **Availability:** Some weekend work may be required depending on events and seasonal demands, with corresponding weekday compensation.
- **Remote Work:** Fully remote setup with no travel required.
- **On-call:** Availability for extra assistance during product launches may be needed past standard hours.
- Competitive pay at $35 per hour.
- 15 days of paid vacation along with holidays and sick days.
