Job Description:

TalentRoss Staffing Company is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our client's Emergency Room team in Fort Mohave, AZ. As an ER RN provides acute care to patients in a fast-paced emergency room setting. They assess and treat patients with life-threatening conditions and ensure high standards of care. The ER RN collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to stabilize patients and deliver efficient, patient-centred care.

Qualifications:

Education:

Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited nursing program.

Licensure and Certification:

· Current RN license in the state of practice.

· Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

· Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.

· Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification (preferred).

· Trauma Nurse Core Course (TNCC) certification (preferred).

Key Responsibilities:

· Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients based on the application of scientific nursing principles.

· Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.

· Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

· Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.

· Collaborate with healthcare team members to facilitate positive patient outcomes.

· Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention.

· Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations.

· Perform other duties as assigned by the supervising healthcare professional.
