IT Desktop Support Specialist – Scientific Company

Talentry is looking for a local IT support specialist who can come onsitefor a San Diego Diagnostics company. This is an established companing that isgrowing! This is a hands-on support role to assist with our growth – andoptimal day-to-day functioning. We prefer someone with previous biotech orpharmaceutical industry experience.

Useexcellent customer service skills to provide Tier I/II IT support, a mix ofdeskside and helpdesk/remote support using our in-house systems.

SupportMS OSs and related software, including Office365, Exchange, Azure, as well asthe ability to maintain the SharePoint environment and work on projects insupport of IT and Operations. Provide user configuration, upgrades, andtroubleshooting. Assist with peripherals, connectivity, virtualization, andother related IT functions.

Requirements

·5 yrs.providing IT support services, both deskside and remote/phone support, in acorporate environment.

·A ,Network , CCNA, MCP, and/or MCSA, desired. ITIL Certification a plus

·Experienceworking in an FDA-regulated science or clinical environment is a plus.

·Strongexperience supporting MS Operating system, MS Office365, Azure, SharePoint,Exchange, and typical MS corporate software and systems.

·BasicNetworking experience. (TCP/IP, DHCP, WINS, DNS and SMTP)

·Excellentcustomer-service & communication skills.

·Occasionallybe available off-hours.

·25/hr.
