Job DescriptionSenior Director, PMO
Miami FL. Direct Hire.
150-180k Hybrid.
The Senior Director PMO is a remote position, reporting to the C-Suite. The ideal candidate will have a healthcare-related experience with RCM exposure and strong project management skills.
Key responsibilities include fostering a team-oriented and analytical approach to problem-solving; building trust and encouraging open communication; championing change; leading continuous improvement initiatives; ensuring accountability through post-implementation measurements; and advocating for Lean Six Sigma principles. Experience managing offshore teams and strong leadership skills are highly valued. The position involves overseeing a team of 8-10 product owners and project management staff, with occasional travel required in the initial months. The right person will be able to manage both technical projects (such as system integrations and implementations, etc.) and non-technical projects (such as revenue cycle projects, sales process projects, etc.)
Responsibilities: The Senior PMO will manage product owners, and all PMS will report to them. The role may involve travel a few times per week in the first few months.

- Strong understanding of project management disciplines
- Analytical and process-centric mindset
- PMP, PgMP a strong plus
- IT (technical) and Non-IT project experience required
- Team-oriented problem-solving approach
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience leading Continuous Improvement teams
- Strong advocate for Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt certified preferred, but Green Belt is acceptable)
- Offshore team experience is a plus
- Healthcare or DME industry a strong plus
- Strong leadership skills to manage a team of 8-10 people
- Revenue Cycle Management and Continuous Improvement are critical
