Position Highlights
- Oversee the daily clinical operations of medical staff.
- Provide leadership for operational issues.
- Design and implement policies.
- Actively participate as a physician within the practice.
- Develop practice-oriented education programs.
- Mentor and train clinical staff; collaborate with the office of GME.
- Play an active role in Quality Improvement.
- Recruit clinical staff, including physicians and nurse practitioners.
- Manage expectations, duties, and activities of physicians and nurse practitioners.
- Schedule: Monday - Friday
- Education: MD or DO.
- License: Unrestricted PA medical license.
- Training: Graduate from an ACGME Pediatric Residency.
- Certification: Board Certified in Pediatrics.
- Experience: 5 years of clinical experience in a pediatric outpatient practice.
- Leadership: 3 years' experience in practice leadership and change management.
