Job Description
Starting pay is $18.50 / hr. to start.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare, organize, and move materials for stocking or shipment as directed.
- Safely load, unload, and transport materials within the plant / shop floor and racks.
- Open and sort containers using appropriate cutting tools.
- Weigh materials and prepare shipments according to customer instructions.
- Lift objects by hand (up to 50 lbs) or operate sit-down / stand-up forklifts.
- Assemble crates to secure products for shipment.
- Maintain accurate records of material locations and updates.
Physical Requirements :
Driving forklift 50% of the time.
Standing / Walking / bending / lifting-49%of time
Company specializes in the manufacturing of metal products, such as shear panels, roll-formed products, and metal building systems.
