The Role of a Recruitment Consultant

A recruitment consultant (all levels) at Eden Scott is responsible for:

• Developing and maintaining relationships with both candidates and clients.
• Build and develop relationships with clients to truly understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions to their needs.
• Cross selling by introducing colleagues to new and existing clients and candidates.
• Proactively source and headhunt candidates through a range of channels, including job boards, our own CRM system, third party databases, LinkedIn, networking events and referrals.
• Conduct detailed interviews of candidates to assess suitability for roles.
• Manage the entire end to end recruitment lifecycle from initial registration of candidate through to negotiation of offers and successful onboarding of successful candidates.
• Achieving personal financial targets and contributing to overall success of the business.

Experience & Skills Required:

• Commercial acumen
• Evidence of first class customer service and results driven
• Demonstrable record of accomplishment in developing new and existing business.
• Energetic with excellent networking skills.
• Highly motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Tenacious, highly competitive and able to use own initiative.
• Highly organised, professional and quality focused.
• A good standard of education with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• IT competent
