Position Overview:

Account Managers are the face of an organization. We’re looking for experienced and dedicated Account Managers, who will work directly with hiring managers for researching and targeting organizations in need of staffing services. Account Managers do not sell a product, rather it includes selling staffing and are experts when it comes to all things hiring.

Responsibilities:

As an Account Manager;

• You’ll make an initial connection through networking and cold calls, ultimately becoming valuable business consultants and building long-term relationships with the clients. 
• Running in-person meetings and lunches to get to know hiring goals, and team dynamics, and sell how our services can elevate their business. 
•  You’ll be responsible for gathering job requirements and working hand-in-hand with our Recruiting team to find the perfect candidates to fill each role.

Compensation:

A competitive base salary ranging from $35,600- $64,000 annually.

• Our benefit package includes medical insurance, company-paid life insurance, as well as paid sick leave. 
• Upon promotion, Account Managers will receive a base salary increase and monthly allowance.
