Founding Engineer Role:
We are seeking an ambitious and energetic engineer for a senior leadership position. As a key member of the founding team, the successful candidate will spearhead the development and management of the technology infrastructure, oversee the creation of the MVP, and play a pivotal role in shaping the product roadmap in close collaboration with the CEO. While we embrace remote work, candidates located in the San Francisco Bay Area or Austin, TX, are preferred for the initial phase.
- Collaborate closely with customers, partners, and the CEO to define and refine the product roadmap, aligning with strategic objectives and market demands.
- Lead the design, evaluation, and implementation of end-to-end solutions, leveraging your technical expertise and creative problem-solving skills.
- Mentor and guide fellow engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and innovation within the team.
- Manage project requirements, priorities, and deliverables, ensuring timely execution and alignment with organizational goals.
- 5 years of relevant software engineering experience, including at least 1 year in a leadership capacity,
- Passionate for solving complex challenges and a track record of delivering innovative solutions.
- Having a proven ability to build products from the ground up and excel as a natural leader, taking ownership of technical projects with confidence.
- Experience on full-stack engineering, agile development methodologies, and the ability to assess and communicate trade-offs effectively, ensuring optimal functionality, resource allocation, and speed.
