We provide the leads, and as a Commercial Real Estate Agent you will be responsible for meeting clients to discuss ideal properties and price points to help them buy or sell commercial properties.

Primary Responsibilities Include :
•Provide guidance, support, and oversight to Listing Specialists and Assistants
•Prospect for seller leads, turn them into appointments, and seal the deal
•Manage seller transactions from start to finish, ensuring a smooth process
•Identify and schedule appointments with For-Sale by owners and expired listings, as well as maintain consistent lead follow-up until they either agree to work with us or decide not to sell
•Utilize suitable marketing strategies to promote properties effectively to attract qualified buyers in a reasonable amount of time
•Provide high-level fiduciary advice on pricing strategies and staging homes for sale
•Assist with negotiations between buyers and sellers
•Regularly assess feedback and adjust the pricing accordingly
Requirements
Successful Candidates Must Have :
•High school diploma or equivalent.
•At least two years of experience as a realtor is preferred but not required
•Must be a licensed Commercial Real Estate Agent - If you have sales experience and are in the process of getting your license, we still want to meet you!
•Valid CO driver's license and reliable vehicle
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Solid knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
•Ability to work independently, handling multiple tasks while maintaining a positive attitude
•Self-sufficient and motivated
•Strong interpersonal skills
