Primary Responsibilities Include:
·Provide guidance, support, and oversight toListing Specialists and Assistants
·Prospect for seller leads, turn them intoappointments, and seal the deal
·Manage seller transactions from startto finish, ensuring a smooth process
·Identify and schedule appointmentswith For-Sale by owners and expired listings, as well as maintain consistentlead follow-up until they either agree to work with us or decide not to sell
·Utilize suitable marketing strategiesto promote properties effectively to attract qualified buyers in a reasonableamount of time
·Provide high-level fiduciary advice onpricing strategies and staging homes for sale
·Assist with negotiations betweenbuyers and sellers
·Regularly assess feedback and adjustthe pricing accordingly
Successful Candidates Must Have:
·High school diploma or equivalent.
·At least two years of experience as a realtor is preferred but not required
·Must be a licensed Commercial Real Estate Agent - If you have salesexperience and are in the process of getting your license, we still want tomeet you!
·Valid CO driver’s license and reliable vehicle
·Excellent written and verbal communicationskills
·Solid knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, andOutlook
·Ability to work independently, handling multiple tasks while maintaininga positive attitude
·Self-sufficient and motivated
·Strong interpersonal skills
