Primary Responsibilities Include: 

·Set appointments to meet with clients and show them prospectiveproperties

·Prospect a minimum of 3hours per day, in 5 days without being told

·Actively source new clients through marketing and advertisinginitiatives

·Answer any questions clients might have regarding the property,neighborhood, etc.

·Promote the sale of properties through open houses, engagement inmultiple listing services, and advertisements

·Establish a network of mortgage lenders, contractors, and legalattorneys to whom you can refer clients

·Evaluate clients’ financial abilities and research properties withintheir buying power

·Prepare necessary paperwork and stay on top of deadlines and deliveries

·Support and confidently lead clients through the entire real estateprocess

·Follow all local and state real estate laws and regulations

Requirements

Successful Candidates Must Have:

·At least 1 to 5 years ofexperience as a realtor is preferred but not required

·Must be a licensed Real Estate Agent - If you have sales experience andare in the process of getting your license, we still want to meet you!

·Valid CO driver’s license and reliable vehicle

·Previous experience with sales

·Computer literate and familiar with online real estate systems and MLSsites

·Ability to work independently, handling multiple tasks while maintaininga positive attitude

·Self-sufficient and motivated

·Strong interpersonal skills

·Detail-oriented

·Persistent and proactive
