Primary Responsibilities Include:

• Manage our team of licensedstylists
• Contribute to the team byperforming salon services
• Lead employees to success byproviding leadership
• Market the salon and buildclientele
• Recruit and train stylists

Successful Candidates Must Have:

• Three years of salon managementexperience
• Five years of salon experience(prior Supercuts experience is a plus)
• Ability to be flexible withschedule and to work some nights and weekends
• Team player with a positive,upbeat attitude
• Ability to communicate fluently in English& Spanish
• FL cosmetology license
• Valid DL and reliabletransportation
