- 2-3 years of experience in home décor sales and/or interior design
- Proficiency with MS Word and Google Suite
- Successful track record working in a high-volume environment.
- Available to work Tuesday through Saturday
FULL DESCRIPTION: The Sales Associate position is an in-person role at our newest location in Santa Ana. In this role, you will establish and build relationships with some of our most important clients, and act as a point of contact for questions throughout the purchase cycle. Candidates should be comfortable helping customers design their dream spaces using company products
The Selected Candidate Will Be Responsible For
- Provide support to visitors, field inquiries, and sell through various channels including in-person, phone, email and video
- Demonstrate superior product knowledge of the company product assortment
- Know and apply company policies and have all key information needed to sell (product availability, estimated ship dates, samples, pricing and discounts, sale periods, customization)
- Utilize presentation software to render mood boards and floorplans for projects Work cohesively with the team and provide weekly reports on progress
- Follow up with leads in a professional manner
- Conduct house calls when required Customer Service Provide exceptional customer service, post-sale follow-up, resolving delivery issues, completing special orders, and processing parts requests
- Coordinate with the Order Processing department to relay any production notes clearly, and oversee production status follow-up Merchandising
- Update showroom price tagging (product details, pricing, discounting and promotions)
- Maintain showroom appearance and comply with merchandising standards
- Report any store improvement needed to the store manager, and assist on its resolution Maintain and assist in ordering inventory for all marketing collateral, promotional items, office supplies, swatch samples and escalating any facilities issues
- 2 years of experience in home decor sales and/or interior design
- Proficiency with MS word, email and google suite Skill with conflict management while keeping professional composure
- Successful track record working in a high-volume environment
- Regular or reliable attendance, excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Passionate about creating an amazing customer experience
- Available to work Tuesday through Saturday Compensation includes salary plus commission
