Talenza has been engaged to source a strong mid-level Business BA for one of our banking clients
Required experience:

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Business Analyst or Consultant within banking
• Prior technology transformation program experience
• Exposure to User Interface/ customer portals
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite; Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Strong verbal, written and presentation skills with experience facilitating solution workshops
• Ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders
• Strong teamwork skills and an ability to work as part of a high performing team
• Agile delivery experience including Jira and Confluence tools
• Self-starter comfortable working with autonomy

Salary: $120k-$140k super (2 year FTC with likely conversion to permanent)
Location: Sydney
