Talenza has been engaged to source a strong mid-level Technical Business Analyst for one of our banking clients
Required experience:

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Technical BA within banking
• Experience in business analysis in financial services
• Experience in the product lifecycle across multiple asset classes
• Strong teamwork skills and an ability to work as part of a high performing team
• Agile delivery experience including Jira and Confluence tools
• Strong communicator & self-starter comfortable working with autonomy
• Experience with SQL databases and Teradata and proficiency with SQL queries
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite; Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Strong verbal, written and presentation skills with experience facilitating solution workshops
• Ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders

Salary: $130-$140k super (2yr FTC with likely conversion to permanent)
Location: Sydney/ 2-3 days office attendance
