A well-established international manufacturing company with an employee-centric culture is searching for a talented HR Business Partner to join their HR team providing service to 250 employees. This fast-growing unionized manufacturer is located one hour South of Louisville, KY. This position will report to the on-site HR Manager and partner with department managers to manage talent and performance management, organizational development, recruiting, employee development and labor relations. Manufacturing and union experience are a plus (candidates must have a desire to learn both). Competitive salary based on experience ($95k - $110k), 10% potential bonus and employee benefits package.
