**WHAT YOU'LL DO** Drive, not ride. With a dedication to service, our Sales team goes out and executes in the market. Thats how you build relationships. In this role, youll lead sales growth in the West TX / New Mexico markets by rolling up your sleeves and building relationships with key retailers and distributors. This is your chance to really grow your career with our results-driven Sales team. Reports to: Market Manager Base Salary (depending on experience): $50,000 Annual Bonus Potential: 10% Plus, a company car! * Partner with retailers (e.g., Walmart and United) to focus sales efforts by studying existing and potential volumes, looking for opportunities beyond the shelf to increase our footprint in Lubbock, Amarillo, Odessa, Abilene, TX, and part of New Mexico.

* Foster customer rapportmerchandising dry shelves/coolers and ensuring all back-stock areas are clean and organized.

* Develop strong relationships with partners at our regional distributors, Standard Sales, Reed Beverages, & Premier, establishing routine route rides, monitoring inventory levels and collaborating on potential opportunities to grow (e.g., incentive strategies)

* Build in store displays and maintain POS as needed.

* Recommend changes in pricing, products, services, distribution, merchandising equipment, and techniques by evaluating results and competitive trend developments.

* Ensure food safety, quality, and SQF practices are followed at all times, notifying immediate manager of any food safety and/or quality issues.

* Complete other responsibilities as assigned.

* Minimum of one (1) years of DSD sales experience ideally in beverage, or three (3) years of DSD of other sales experience.

* Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.

* Valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record.

* Ability to lift and carry 35 lbs. repetitively, as well as to push and pull up to 100 lbs. regularly.

* Ability to wear a mask as required by Talking Rain policy, retailer standards, and state mandates keep our customers and consumers safe.
