Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and coordination of all aspects of events, including venue selection, logistics, and budget management
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to negotiate contracts and ensure timely delivery of services and products
- Prepare event materials, including invitations, agendas, and signage
- Coordinate event registrations and manage attendee communication and follow-up
- Coordinate catering and menu selections, and assist with food and beverage service during events
- Provide on-site support during events, including managing registration desks, assisting with guest inquiries, and troubleshooting any issues that arise
- Bachelor's degree in event management, hospitality, marketing, or a related field (or currently pursuing a degree).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
