- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of our social media strategy and make data-driven recommendations.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proficient in using social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of best practices in social media marketing and content creation.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design principles and experience using design software such as Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud.
