Position : HR Generalist

Location : Owings Mills Maryland – Remote

Notes from manager :

• This role is designed to help the supervisor and Manager in the operation space, Claims , enrollment and Billing.
• Looking for a HR person/ generalist who can think tactically and connect with the manager, help the strategy for the business, work in the operations, HR Connect etc.,
• Need to have Strong People management skills
• This person will be Proposing recommendation Vs to be told.
• Someone who can also manage, meet expectations, Corrective actions, organization design and development in operations space. Example: this person will reach out to the program, why did this person didn’t qualify ,or why the incentive does not validate, so he will be liaison and communicate back to the employee
• Help in documentation, meaning if the manager wants to terminate someone, they need to navigate issue and figure it out to make sure the things are align across the organization. so this person will communicate and need to have good vocabulary skills
• Good experience with Microsoft Office Suite , and PeopleSoft
• This is a remote role, however they have team meeting so they want someone who can come onsite for meeting when needs, so its better to find someone local to DC, VA MD and WV
