**Job Description:**

Tamale My Life is seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as Event Staff in Seattle. As an Event Staff member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of various events by providing exceptional customer service and support. This is a dynamic and fast-paced position that offers opportunities to work in a variety of event settings.

**Primary Responsibilities:**

1. **Concession Worker:** Assist in setting up and operating concession stands, serving customers, handling transactions, and maintaining cleanliness and organization.

2. **Event Driver:** Safely transport equipment, supplies, and staff to and from event locations using company vehicles.

3. **Cashier:** Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handle cash and card payments, and provide excellent customer service.

4. **Food Preparer:** Assist in food preparation tasks including assembling tamales, packaging food items, and maintaining food safety standards.

5. **Food Server:** Serve food to customers in a courteous and timely manner, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

**Requirements:**

1. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

2. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.

3. Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

4. Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

5. Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.

6. Experience in food service or catering is beneficial.

7. Comfortable with public speaking and addressing large groups of people.

8. Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to anticipate needs and exceed expectations.

9. Collaborate with event organizers and other staff members to ensure smooth operations.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

1. Food handler's permit or willingness to obtain one.

2. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.

3. Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.

4. Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic work environment.

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
