Tanaq Health is Hiring a Business Analyst (Mid-level, Governance Support) Near Atlanta, GA
About The RoleWe are seeking a mid-level Business Analyst specializing in governance support to manage and enhance governance frameworks. The Business Analyst will engage with stakeholders to ensure compliance and support governance activities.
This is a fully remote role based in Atlanta, GA or anywhere in the U.S. This position is contingent on contract award.
Responsibilities
- Engage with business teams to elicit and document governance requirements.
- Develop and maintain governance frameworks and documentation.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between governance and technical teams.
- Support quality assurance and compliance testing.
- Create governance-related documents and reports.
- Develop user manuals and training materials.
- Participate in governance meetings, record meeting notes, and update stakeholders.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Minimum 3 years of experience working as a Business Analyst, demonstrating strong analytical skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment.
- Experience with governance frameworks and compliance.
- Prior experience working with a public health federal agency preferred.
- Ability to obtain government clearance.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Communications, Public Health, or related field. Extensive relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. May need to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
