About the Role: As a Tandem Care Ambassador, you are the face and voice of our revolutionary home care approach. Your primary task is to forge strong connections with key healthcare providers, including hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, physicians, and other potential referral sources. You'll champion Tandem’s innovative services, making them the top choice for healthcare referrals. This role demands a dynamic individual who:

Loves the Open Road: You will spend approximately 80% of your working hours traveling within your designated territory. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on meeting new people and building lasting professional relationships, all while promoting Tandem’s unique care solutions.

Thrives on Interaction: You will leverage your existing network and aggressively expand it by continuously engaging with healthcare professionals. Your aim will be to secure and increase the flow of referral sources, ensuring Tandem’s services are well-known and highly regarded within the medical community.

Is Goal-Oriented: You will manage your territory as if it were your own business. This includes strategic planning, diligent follow-up, and efficient use of resources provided by Tandem, such as comprehensive mileage reimbursement. Your success will be measured by your ability to meet and exceed referral targets and effectively grow Tandem’s presence in your area.
