About this Role
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting our recruiting team by managing the end-to-end hiring process. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a smooth and positive recruitment experience.
\nJob Qualifications:
- Location: California
- Entry-level candidate with 1-2 years of experience in a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
- Organizational and time management skills: must be reliable and very detail-oriented.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills: ability to screen candidates and make informed assessments that align with the requirements of the job description
- Customer service oriented: provide a great first impression and candidate experience.
- Experience with recruitment sites (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Experience with an application tracking system (Lever, Greenhouse, Workday, etc.).
- Experience with Microsoft works preferred.
- Full ownership of posting, opening, and monitoring job ads for all roles.
- Track candidate progress and maintain recruitment database in our applicant tracking system “ATS”.
- Proactively manage and enhance the flow of qualified applicants.
- Ensure consistent candidate supply for various roles.
- Arrange interviews between candidates, recruiting team, and hiring managers.
- Communicate interview details and logistics to candidates and stakeholders.
- Maintain active communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Review resumes to identify candidates who meet the basic qualifications for the position.
- Assist with preliminary candidate screening.
- Respond to candidate inquiries and provide responses in a timely manner on applicant status.
- Forge relationships with educational institutions and other talent sources.
- Coordinate fairs and recruitment events.
