About this Role

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting our recruiting team by managing the end-to-end hiring process. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a smooth and positive recruitment experience.

Job Qualifications:

  • Location: California
  • Entry-level candidate with 1-2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
  • Organizational and time management skills: must be reliable and very detail-oriented.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills: ability to screen candidates and make informed assessments that align with the requirements of the job description
  • Customer service oriented: provide a great first impression and candidate experience.
  • Experience with recruitment sites (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Experience with an application tracking system (Lever, Greenhouse, Workday, etc.).
  • Experience with Microsoft works preferred.
Job Duties:
  • Full ownership of posting, opening, and monitoring job ads for all roles.
  • Track candidate progress and maintain recruitment database in our applicant tracking system “ATS”. 
  • Proactively manage and enhance the flow of qualified applicants.
  • Ensure consistent candidate supply for various roles.
  • Arrange interviews between candidates, recruiting team, and hiring managers.
  • Communicate interview details and logistics to candidates and stakeholders.
  • Maintain active communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Review resumes to identify candidates who meet the basic qualifications for the position.
  • Assist with preliminary candidate screening. 
  • Respond to candidate inquiries and provide responses in a timely manner on applicant status.
  • Forge relationships with educational institutions and other talent sources.
  • Coordinate fairs and recruitment events.

$22 - $25 an hour
Position is full-time, non-exempt. Salary will be based one experience.
