The Accounting Specialist will:
- Preparing construction draw requests
- Performing project cost and line item budget analysis
- AIA document preparation
- Preparing detailed reconciliations of contracted amounts with billed amounts
- Assisting with sales tax reporting support
- Taking on record management
- Performing other duties, as needed
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and/or Finance
- Microsoft Excel
- Basic knowledge of QuickBooks Desktop or QuickBooks Online
