JOB SUMMARY
This role requires understanding of the structure, policies, and operations of the client lines of business in order to enable change and deliver value to the organization. The analyst conducts complex analysis on current and future state business processes and workflows with the objective of finding out how they can be improved or automated.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Facilitate process workflow modeling in order to collaborate on process improvements, automation capabilities and clearly defined end-to-end use cases.
* Review information and trends to ensure that the output of processes are achieving the desired results and that services are meeting agreed-upon service levels.
* Validates IT process design and documentation as needed for new enhancements. Create workflows and convey findings in PowerPoint, Excel and/or Visio.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to present performance feedback effectively.
* Strong analytical ability.
* Ability to work independently.
* Advanced understanding of business functions, workflows, and processes.
* Deep knowledge of process modeling techniques (BPMN, UML diagrams, data flow diagrams, sequence diagrams) and modeling tools (Visio, Bizagi, Camunda, Miro, Lucid)
