Major Duties And Responsibilities" Facilitate process workflow modeling in order to collaborate on process improvements, automation capabilities and clearly defined end-to-end use cases.
" Review information and trends to ensure that the output of processes are achieving the desired results and that services are meeting agreed-upon service levels.
" Validates IT process design and documentation as needed for new enhancements. Create workflows and convey findings in PowerPoint, Excel and/or Visio.
Required Qualifications" Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
" Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to present performance feedback effectively.
" Strong analytical ability.
" Ability to work independently.
" Advanced understanding of business functions, workflows, and processes.
" Deep knowledge of process modeling techniques (BPMN, UML diagrams, data flow diagrams, sequence diagrams) and modeling tools (Visio, Bizagi, Camunda, Miro, Lucid)
