Responsibilities:
The Director of Business Operations will:
- Manage the operational aspects of a growing business, including project management across research, development, and trading
- Manage and evolve internal business processes and create additional process systems in multiple functional areas
- Communicate regularly across our team understanding blockers and accelerating cadence
- Assist with strategic planning and maintain industry relationships
- Manage outside firms as outsourced teams to facilitate all aspects of financial reporting, business documents, and regulatory filings
- Communicate with vendors and institutional investors on business topics
- Perform other duties, as needed
- 3 years of professional experience in a Trading firm, Hedge Fund, Investment Bank, or similar role
- Bachelor's Degree
- Domain knowledge of Institutional Trading and Investment & Associated Technology Ecosystem
- Microsoft Excel proficient
- Solid analytical and research skills
- Great interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organized
