A health services network in Connecticut is looking to add a licensed Endocrinologist to their growing facility in Tolland County. In this role, the Endocrinologist will be responsible for seeing and providing the appropriate care to diabetic and gestational patients.
About the Opportunity:

• Schedule: Monday to Friday
• Hours: 32 hours
• Setting: Outpatient

Responsibilities:The Endocrinologist will:

• Conduct thorough medical histories and physical examinations of patients
• Listen to and evaluate patient symptoms related to hormonal imbalances
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as blood tests, imaging studies, and hormone level assessments
• Develop individualized treatment plans for patients with endocrine disorders
• Diagnose and manage thyroid and adrenal disorders
• Evaluate and treat disorders related to the pituitary gland and hypothalamus
• Address hormonal issues related to reproductive health
• Educate patients about their endocrine conditions, treatment options, and the importance of adherence to prescribed medications
• Perform other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

• Licensed to practice in the State of Connecticut
• Board Eligible / Certified in Endocrinology
