Responsibilities:
The Internal Tax Senior / Manager will be responsible for:
- Tax compliance preparation
- Tax compliance review
- Tax technical research
- Direct interaction with partners
- Supervision of Associate Accountants
- Management of numerous client accounts.
- Direct client contact.
- Review/Prep payroll and sales tax
- Preparation/Review of monthly/quarterly/annual closings; inclusive of adjusting entries, bank reconciliations, etc.
- 4 years of Technical Tax Accounting experience
- Bachelor's and/or Master's Degree in Accounting
- U.S. GAAP/GAAS knowledge
- U.S. Tax expertise
- Exposure to individual, corporation, and partnership taxation.
- Strong technical skills.
- CPA
