We have a current opportunity for a Dynamics 365 Organizational Change Consultant on a contract basis. The position will be based in Woodcliff Lake.

The change manager plays a key role in ensuring that Project Phoenix D365FO / CE meets objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage of the new system.

This person focuses on the people side of change, which involves preparing, supporting and equipping people to adopt and use changes to business processes, systems (D365FO / CE) and technology, job updates, and new system roles in the organization.

The change manager's goal is to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization of D365FO / CE, and proficiency with the changes that impact employees who must use the new system in their daily work.

These improvements increase benefit realization, value creation, ROI, and the achievement of results and outcomes.

Responsibilities :

  • These responsibilities also include communication and training plans and efforts for employees and stakeholders who are impacted by Project Phoenix D365FO / CE.
  • Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities : leverage a change management methodology, process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the D365FO / CE.
  • Support communication efforts : enable the design, development, delivery and management of key communications.
  • Assess the change impact : conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
  • Lead the training effort : Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs.
  • Complete change management assessments
  • Identify, analyze and prepare risk mitigation tactics
  • Identify and manage anticipated and persistent resistance
  • Consult and coach project teams
  • Create actionable deliverables for the core change management plans :

o Sponsor Plan

o People Manager Plan

o Overall Communications Plan

o Overall Training Plan for 250 users

  • Support HR organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities
  • Integrate change management activities into the project plan
  • Evaluate and ensure user readiness
  • Track and report OCM risks and issues
  • Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress

Qualifications :

  • Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 F&O and CE functionalities and business processes
  • Must have previous experience building training modules / programs around Dynamics 365 based on business needs
  • Organizational change management (OCM) experience preferred
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently with minimal supervision
