Tandym Group is Hiring a Remote Peoplesoft Payroll Technical Product Analyst (Remote)

A health services network in Florida is currently seeking a new Peoplesoft Payroll Technical Product Analyst to join their growing team.
About the Opportunity:

  • Hours: EST
  • Setting: Remote

Responsibilities:The Peoplesoft Payroll Technical Product Analyst will:

  • Guide the technical parts of a transition from an acquired multiple-hospital system's legacy Payroll application into our client's larger on prem Peoplesoft/Oracle environment
  • Advise the client on best practices and various options on how the migration can be configured and optimized across various departments
  • Dissect and understand the complexities of our client's Payroll migration to provide insights that will drive strategic decision-making as well as help them identify potential risks and opportunities
  • Set up the payroll system so that it can run payroll for the larger organization one week and the acquired organization the opposite weeks
  • Set up the payroll system so it keeps expenses for the larger organization separate from the expenses of the acquired organization for accounting purposes
  • Perform other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience leading a technical migration from a legacy Payroll application into a larger Peoplesoft/Oracle Payroll environment in an organization with 20K employees
  • This person is not a developer just doing the work - their job is to bring their prior experience in prior Payroll migrations to advise our client on best practices.
  • Ability to set up the payroll system so that it can run payroll for the larger organization one week and the acquired organization the opposite weeks.
  • Ability to set up the payroll system so it keeps expenses for the larger organization separate from the expenses of the acquired organization for accounting purposes.
  • Solid problem solving and time management skills
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Highly organized

Desired Skills:

  • Prior experience in Healthcare / Hospital M&A
