A professional services firm in New Jersey is currently seeking a new Product Manager to join their growing team.
Responsibilities: The Product Manager will be responsible for:

• End to end preparation of relevant product release materials including release summaries, release messages and relevant product websites
• Designing and continuously improving he release materials process and framework required to enable release materials planning and delivery
• Developing and maintaining strong subject matter understanding of the products in the Audit portfolio
• Engaging with documentation owners and guidance professionals to drive design, development and packaging of required product publications, aligned and integrated within the overall product release cycle and schedule for a given release milestone
• Managing the gathering of release materials and documentation scope (Baseline)
• Leading the solicitation of inputs for key deliverable-level planning details (i.e., deliverables by category including, owner, action, completion / publish timing, format, resource requirements etc.)
• Performing other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

• 2 years of relevant work experience
• Bachelor's Degree
• Experience working with preparation technical documentation- focused on technology product documentation / content management
• Project Management experience
• Microsoft Office proficient (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio) and project management tools
• Working with Microsoft SharePoint document management system and Microsoft Teams collaboration
• Solid problem solving and time management skills
• Great interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong attention to detail
• Highly organized
