A New York City-based financial services company is looking to add a new Senior Enterprise Strategy Lead to their growing team in Manhattan. In this role, the Senior Enterprise Strategy Lead will be responsible for leading and overseeing the development and execution of high-level strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities:
The Senior Enterprise Strategy Lead will:
Developing and refining the overall corporate strategy, including conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, and identifying potential growth opportunities or risks to the business
Defining strategic initiatives, identify and prioritize key strategic initiatives that align with the company's overall goals and objectives
Leading strategic planning processes, facilitate and guide the development of annual strategic plans, including setting goals, establishing metrics, and defining implementation plans
Driving strategic decision-making and providing insights and recommendations to the senior leadership team to help inform and guide key business decisions
Managing strategic partnerships and alliances by identifying and evaluating potential partnerships that can help the company achieve its strategic objectives
Monitoring and evaluating the progress of strategic initiatives, ensuring they are on track and delivering the intended results
Proactively identifying potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring the company can effectively navigate challenges and uncertainties
Perform other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
12 years of experience in Strategy Development, Execution, and Performance Management either at a management consulting firm within an internal corporate strategy
Bachelor's and/or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Strategy, or a related field
Experience at a Management Consulting firm
Experience in Strategic Planning methodologies, such as SWOT analysis, balanced scorecard, or scenario planning
Solid analytical and critical thinking skills
Great interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
