A growing services company in New Jersey is looking to add a new Senior Program Manager to their growing staff. In this role, the Senior Program Manager will be responsible for leading multiple, concurrent development programs through proposal, funding, development, qualification and volume production.

Responsibilities:The Senior Program Manager will be responsible for:

• Initiate activity within client to satisfy customer contract scope/statement of work
• Proactively drive achievement of major milestones and high customer satisfaction
• Act as primary point of contact for assigned customers
• Create and release of project Work Breakdown Structure with approved budgets
• Create and maintenance of project Integrated Master Schedule
• Facilitate internal and customer weekly team meetings/telecons with documentation of minutes and maintenance of Action Item Lists
• Create Monthly Program Review materials for assigned projects and presenting to Executive Leadership
• Provide Program Management support of new business proposals; create PM deliverables to the management volume
• Manage Bids for new, or follow-on, business proposals
• Review and creation of material and/or labor plans and cost reports
• Resolution and coordination of project cost, schedule, and technical performance issues
• Perform other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

• 4 years of Program Management experience
• Advanced Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and MS Project expertise
• Intimate knowledge of People Management skills, particularly influence management and conflict resolution
• General knowledge of Operations, including scheduling, procurement, manufacturing, test engineering, and quality systems
• Solid problem solving and time management skills
• Great interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong attention to detail
• Highly organized

Desired Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
• PMP certification
• Experience with Additive Manufacturing technologies
• Experience working within Aerospace or a similar technical field
