The Workday Systems Analyst will manage and optimize Workday and ADP systems, starting with Workday implementation and data integration from ADP.

**This job is a hybrid position, 2-3 days a week in Waltham, MA**
**W2 Only**

Responsibilities:

• Lead the initial setup and configuration of Workday.
• Integrate and synchronize data from ADP to Workday.
• Generate and analyze reports from Workday and ADP.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
• Seek and implement process improvements in HR operations.
• Additional responsibilities if applicable

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of Workday experience.
• Ability to run and interpret reports from Workday.
• Strong data management and troubleshooting skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to commute to Waltham, MA.

Desired Skills:

• Experience with ADP systems is a plus.
• Interest in improving HR processes.
• Quick learner and adaptable.
• Previous roles: Workday Analyst, HR Systems Analyst, or HR Systems Specialist.
