Location: Remote (California preferred) Remote candidates must reside in California, Colorado, Arizona, Oregon, Hawaii, Florida, or Oklahoma. Position SummaryThe HR Business Partner (HRBP) for Sales bridges the gap between HR and the sales organization, ensuring HR strategies support business goals. This role works closely with sales leaders to handle employee-related issues, implement HR policies, and drive workforce planning and development. The HRBP for Sales plays a key role in fostering a positive organizational culture, enhancing employee engagement, and ensuring compliance within the sales team. Qualifications And Experience
Eligible for US Employment without sponsorship
Associate degree (A.A.) in a related field; Bachelor’s degree preferred
SPHR, SHRM-CP, or PHR certification required
3-5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years supporting sales teams
Willingness to travel as needed within California to various client locations
Experience with labor organizations and unions preferred
Knowledge of HR laws and best practices
Proven ability to build relationships and solve complex problems
Strong English communication skills; proficiency in other languages is a plus

Proficient with MS Office and teleconferencing applications
Strong time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Policy and Procedure Administration: Implement and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Employee Support and Welfare Coordination: Manage accommodations and return-to-work plans for sales team members.
ADP TotalSource Platform Utilization: Use ADP TotalSource for HR functions and reporting.
Employee Assistance and Support: Address HR-related inquiries from the sales team.
Data Management and Reporting: Maintain accurate employee files and produce reports for decision-making.
HR Operations Support: Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and leave management.
Project Coordination and Gap Analysis: Identify and implement solutions to improve HR processes.
Team Collaboration and Leadership: Lead team meetings and support collaboration.
Policy Guidance and Strategic Input: Provide HR policy guidance and recommend improvements.
Employee Relations: Manage employee relations and performance processes.
Training and Development: Conduct training sessions and support leadership development.
HR Analytics and Compliance: Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and ensure compliance.
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Initiatives: Promote a culture of belonging and support DEI efforts.
Special Projects and Initiatives: Lead or participate in HR-related projects.
