Tanisha Systems is Hiring a Manufacturing Engineer Near Riceville, IA
Bs degree with 3 years experience with Tooling design experience
Complete Manufacturing / Industrial engineering support
Design & Implement tooling, assembly process planning, material handling equipment design
Creating & updating standard operating procedures, CN and DOU the process
Develop manufacturing process flow and with reduce cost
layout planning, production planning & control, lean implementation
Time and motion study then line balancing
Validation of Racks and cart based on the load capacity
Designing of cart and special purpose material handling devices
Designing of Templates and special purpose tools for productivity improvements
Quality checking gauges
Complete CN work support at level E4 stage
BOM & ROUTING
Costing for parts and assembly, validation support, Material flow and process support
follow up with projects interaction with customer
Vendor management for project and support to continuous improvement process
5S line support for line implementation
Layout preparation and updates based on the new process setup
