Job Description:

We are seeking multiple Business Analyst roles focusing on several parts of our large program. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, strategic thinking abilities, and excellent data analytical skills. If you have any experience in Pharmaceutical industry (especially in the commercial space), we would see that as a huge plus:

Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and objectives

· Analyze and evaluate current processes and tools, identifying areas for improvement and optimization

· Develop and implement strategic initiatives

· Conduct research and analysis to identify new trends and opportunities

· Collaborate with the E2E teams to ensure effective communication and alignment of strategies and goals

· Perform data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and insights

· Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to key stakeholders

· Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in Pharma

 Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)

· Proven experience as a Business Analyst,

· Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with cross-functional teams

· Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving innovative solutions

· Hands-on experience with UX/UI, with the ability to contribute to the design and development of optimal field and home office user experiences, and user-friendly tools/systems

· Excellent data analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

· Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
